Here is how we recommend that people use the curriculum.

We recommend that students watch the videos and go through the Student Guide for each lesson.

For the American History Course, the Student Guide and Teacher Guide refer to parts of Patriot's History -- but they do NOT require reading the entire book. We specify the sections, etc.

The Teacher's Guide differs in three major ways from the Student Guide. It contains learning objectives, visual recommendations, and activities.

Also, note that the Teacher's Guide does not offer "answers" to the Student Guide questions because the answers are, I believe, obvious if you watch the videos and read the sections of Patriot's History of the United States specified.

In fact, the term "guide" was selected because my hope is that it guides the student to the conclusions one hopes would be drawn from the section versus dictates a specific answer.

I hope that helps.
